Amstelcorp provides a full range of corporate secretarial, administrative and accounting services to support your Dutch entities and structeres. We can provide a solution that is best suited for your specific situation and requirements.
We do not provide tax advisory services as we believe that it is in the best interest of our clients to separate management support and tax services.

As a corporate secretary we assist management in maintening the company's corporate files records. This includes assistance in maintaining the shareholders' register, registration and communication with the authorities, arranging board- and shareholders meetings and preparing and reviewing legal documents.
We maintain the company's accounting records, prepare the Annual statutory and publication accounts. At the client's preference we can provide group interim reporting. We prepare monthly or quarterly Dutch VAT reporting if applicable.
We assist our clients in setting up Dutch corporate entities. This includes support for the incorporation and registration with the appropriate authorities, opening of bank accounts and appointing directors and other functions.
